Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Personal Care & Daily Living Assistance

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

Help clients with mobility, including transferring into/out of bed, chairs, or vehicles, and assisting with walking or exercises.

Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals tailored to the client's dietary needs or restrictions.
Basic Health Monitoring

Remind clients to take prescribed medications on time.

Monitor and record vital signs (e.g., pulse, temperature, blood pressure) as directed by the supervising nurse or care plan.

Observe, document, and report any changes in the client’s physical condition, mental health, or behavior to the supervisor or family immediately.
Light Housekeeping & Companionship

Perform light household tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment (e.g., laundry, washing dishes, sweeping, changing linens).

Provide meaningful companionship, engaging in conversation, games, reading, or accompanying clients on short walks.

Assist with essential errands, such as grocery shopping or accompanying clients to medical appointments.
